I’ve worked in a variety of fields – software, solar power, medical device, machine manufacturing, healthcare management, direct response, educational services, publishing, financial services, printing, and consulting groups. I’ve served the B2B and the B2G fields as well as B2C.
I’ve worked with small and large companies, with start-ups as well as established companies, and with aged-out groups needing major rejuvenation. I’ve led an array of product development efforts, including one in particular that catapulted a company from an also-ran into a tech leadership position and led to multiple contract awards worth tens of millions in revenue.
My work has netted millions in profit. I’ve rebranded entire companies that were totally out-of-step with what they were doing vis a vis the market. And I’ve changed companies’ total outlook to put the customer foremost in their planning rather than treating them as an after-thought. Again, resulting in huge revenue results.
I’ve built marketing communciations plans, worked closely with Sales Teams to win multi-million dollar contracts, created metrics where none existed, and overhauled bid response prcoesses.
